About the product
The grains are grown by Australian farmers and stone ground in Gunnedah, NSW by wholegrain milling co. The flour is mixed with a sourdough mama and long fermented because we wholeheartedly believe this improves its digestibility, once extruded the pasta is slow air dried and then packaged in compostable materials that break down in a friendly manner, to care for our environment.
