THIS FISH Fish Fingers fish is sustainably farmed in the clean and remote inland of Vietnam. From the Tibetan Plateau the waters travel through high altitudes into the delta area.
At the sustainable and organic certified aquaculture farm, the waters are managed in numerous staged settling ponds with the use of natural aquatic plants – making the waters even cleaner flowing into the river system.
The farm is owned and operated by a reputable German Company. The fish are fed organic certified feed and swim in low stock density.
THIS FISH - FISH FINGERS are made from the freshwater fish called Pangasius. It is grown in the south-west of Vietnam, in the upper part of the Mekong Delta. There, you can find the world's first organic Pangasius farm that meets the strict guidelines of the European Organic Certification. It was built as a lighthouse project involving German development aid and is operated under German management. The farm is certified according to the guidelines of the Bio-Suisse and Naturland associations
