…the perfect balance of earthy flavours. This is our biggest selling Risotto and is my favourite one too. It has champignons (button mushrooms) and porcini mushrooms – a beautiful combination. I can eat a big bowl of this on its own or I also love it with some chorizo mixed through – very simple but oh so tasty.

I’ve packed lots of goodies into this one – pumpkin seeds being one of them – so good! Walnuts are so good for our brains too – maybe that’s why they look like each other!

Brown rice is so good for us in so many ways and we all know how great quinoa is for us.

I love this one with a dollop of soft goats curd, creme fraiche or my home-made garlic yoghurt (natural yoghurt, garlic, chopped mint and salt). Yum!

Makes 560gm of cooked product.
