About the product
Made from organically and sustainably grown spelt, this flour is milled with meticulous care, using traditional methods and without treatments, such as chemical bleaching. WHITE SPELT FLOUR has had most of the bran and germ removed, giving a ‘lighter’ touch, ideal for pastries, biscuits and cakes. It can be used to replace white flour in most baking recipes, giving a sweet nutty flavour. It’s popular for its nutritional value – with dietary fibre and good levels of protein.
