About the product
Our Australian grown and made carob powder tastes naturally sweet, with an aromatic caramel and malt flavour. It tastes great in baking or mixed as a milk drink. Use one for one as a substitute to cocoa powder. As our powder tastes naturally sweet you don't need to add as much sugar or sweetener to your baking.
Sprinkle on your weetbix or porridge.
